Simon and Garfunkel’s Scarborough Fair, arranged by Harry Sacksioni.
After playing it for many years with a lot of students it just deserved being recorded.

Hello Melanie,
You probably know this, but Scarborough Fair is an old English folk song and was not written by Simon and Garfunkel. Also Paul Simon’s guitar arrangement was greatly influenced by Martin Carthy’s version of the song, especially the guitar chords and fingerpicking. He saw Martin Carthy play when he toured Britain in the early 1960’s. For years Martin Carthy fell out with Paul Simon for not even acknowledging his guitar arrangement.
